Temperature Maintenance Corporation was founded in the 1960’s by Mr. Paul
Buck. The main intention was to provide dependable and reliable refrigeration and HVAC
service to our customers. Today, Temperature Maintenance Corporation maintains the same
quality service to our customers as well as providing complete design and build
capabilities for any type of refrigeration application.
Our services include the development of environmental rooms for the pharmaceutical, electronic and food industry. These include walk-in coolers, freezers, incubators and clean rooms. A majority of our work is custom designed and engineered to meet each client’s individual requirements. In addition, we provide a custom designed process control and monitoring system for each application using the most up to date programmable logic controllers, operator interfaces and process recording devices. Each application and its controlling devices are calibrated and validated to meet current FDA and client guidelines for the storage and/or research of their products using NIST traceable testing, calibrating and validation equipment. We provide complete turnkey installations from design to finished product. We have, and are currently, doing projects throughout the United States.
